The Agricultural Graduate Student Conference (AGSC), first of its kind in India, is a two day event, which will be held in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on May 02 & 03, 2013. TNAU-AGSC will be one of the leading student conferences in the agricultural sciences. This conference revolves around the theme of Food Safety and Food Security. TNAU-AGSC offers a stimulating venue for student research exchange and gives students the opportunity to broaden their social and scientific network. This scientific program includes a variety of student research from all over India and overseas, which will be presented in poster, oral or plenary form to an international and professional audience. Along with the student sessions, there will be fascinating keynote lecture, lead papers, etc. In addition to the extensive and rigorous scientific program, efforts are made for an elaborate social program, where one can get to know other participants and the TNAU crew.

Coimbatore is located 15 km from International Airport, Coimbatore; 6 km from Coimbatore railway station and Gandhipuram TNSTC bus stand. Taxi/bus services are frequently available from all these places to reach TNAU (Maruthamalai road).
